As a Consumer Bankruptcy Attorney, I hear and read about what is going on with consumers who are on the front lines of economic issues. The latest twist on the Foreclosure Crisis is that inventory is hurting the real estate market. I don’t know about your neck of the woods, but right here in Southwest Florida our real estate market has taken a beating.
